Absolutely amazing staff. I’m new to the area and a friend recommended Dr. Castro. During my cleaning I had shared that I was interested in teeth whitening. Just had my very first professional whitening and I’m SO happy. The staff was great at explaining what to expect and make sure I was comfortable during the entire process.

I am so pleased with this office in many ways! Most importantly, the staff makes me feel right at home. Dr Castro Jr is so patient and kind, and not once did he overwhelm me or pressure me at all! Painless and efficient! Very knowledgeable! I will definately return with my kids and family.

Prime Dental is the best dentist I have ever visited. They have great staff who are very welcoming. Dr Castro is super patient and knowledgeable. And if you don’t have dental insurance, they have a membership plan at a reasonable price. If you are in search of a good dentist, this is the place. I am very happy. It was my first visit. I was greeted with smiles, everyone were friendly. I felt at ease when getting my teeth checked and cleaned. I defentily would recommend anyone to come here. Eveyone was amazing.its been a while since I had to experince getting my wisdom teeth out. Let me tell an AMAZING job. I did not feel a thing, it happened so fast I even said "your finished" I would recomened this place to any one including those who have fears going to the dentist.

Feeling so grateful, today while on vacation I broke my front tooth, so devastated because I was heading on a cruise the next day I called and they got me right in, did an amazing job and I left very happy!

PRIME DENTAL GROUP with Dr.Oscar L. Castro Jr. the best!! Honestly a great dental clinic. For me one of the best in Florida. Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. Dr.Oscar L. Castro Jr. is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. The staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. Dr.Oscar L. I haven’t always been the best about my dental hygiene. However, as I’m having more concerns with said hygiene, such as cavities or tooth extractions like a wisdom tooth, I had been looking for a dental office that would suit my needs. Prime Dental Group Doral has surpassed my expectations and here’s why. The location of prime dental group in Doral has more than enough FREE parking which is not even a main reason but notable these days. Upon arrival I’ve had the pleasure of being taken care of by May who has excellent customer service but beyond that has an excellent understanding of the progression of my visits and is truly working with the doctor to make sure we’re all on the same page about the progress of my dental hygiene. The Prime Dental Doral location has a small waiting room than most dental offices that are bigger but it sets the tone of QUALITY and CONSISTENCY in service rather than high overturn and poor quality service. Doctor Oscar is kind and easy to work with as well as the two technicians which have worked on my cleaning and first cavity filing. The entire experience has been pleasant at Prime Dental Doral and as I do have some more serious procedures coming up that I’m concerned about such as 4 wisdom teeth extractions. I’m relieved to find a doctor and team that I TRUST and that work with you to make sure you’re set up for success. I also want to note that price has been a concern for me from the start but thanks through insurance and the work done by Prime Dental they are prioritizing the critical dental issues and financial concerns appropriately. Dr. Castro and his staff are "outstanding!!! I was sorry to see May is no longer with the practice, she was a great asset!
I needed to come into the office 4 days earlier than my scheduled appointment for my initial Invisalign application. Although it was short notice, they got me in without any problems and completed the process very smoothly and I felt very valued as a patient.
I drive 3.5 hours from Key West to have my dental work done by Dr Castro....yes, he and his staff are THAT good!!!

First Invisalign follow up- as always, the staff and Dr Castro are outstanding, professional, and friendly!!!!
My only comment about the Invisalign process is that the "process"was never fully explained to me so there have been a few surprises I had not expected. Nothing horrible, just unexpected. BUT, to Prime Dentals credit, I also don't ask a lot of questions and usually just go with whatever the "process" is, so bottom line is "it's all good!!!" and I wouldn't change anything!
The drive from Key West is still worth it!!!
